Bond Release Request form

Please complete the following fields to request Service Authority perform a bond release inspection of the water and sewer items. **Note: Final Pavement must be installed prior to requesting a Bond Release inspection.** Service Authority inspectors will receive 30 days to perform an inspection from the time this request is submitted. If all items are found acceptable, a release letter will be issued to you and to the Prince William County bond coordinator. If there are deficient items, a punch list will be forwarded to you by the inspector. Once all punch list items are corrected, the inspector can be notified directly that the project is ready for re-inspection.
